Great Selection 2018
The Municipal Theatre of Tomelloso, in Ciudad Real, hosted the presentation of the Gran Selección 2018 awards, which in this edition recognised a total of 20 commercial brands, in addition to a long list of Gold and Silver Selection distinctions. All of this is recognition of the excellence and good work of the region's agri-food industries, which this year, as a novelty, has incorporated the Award for the Best Organic Industry.
In this edition, more than 500 samples were presented in the categories of wine, cheese, oil, honey, saffron, ham, aubergine, melon, garlic, lamb, cross bread and game, with a total of 21 prizes being awarded, as well as 38 Gold Selection and 86 Silver Selection mentions.
