The Global Village is held in Dubai and is a festival of leisure, culture and the sale of products representative of each participating country. It is the most important cultural event in the Gulf, aimed at the general public, who have the opportunity to purchase products and get closer to their culture through a selection of events and cultural attractions.
It is held from 21 October 2012 to 31 March 2013 and receives more than 5 million visitors, not only from the United Arab Emirates, but also from all neighbouring countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, who take advantage of their holidays to visit the event.
