From Monday 18 to Thursday 21 October 2021, the 34th edition of Salón Gourmets, International Fair of Quality Food and Beverages, will be held at Ifema Madrid (pavilions 4, 6 and 8), organized by Grupo Gourmets. Founded in 1987, it is aimed at professional visitors from the sector. In this edition, Gourmets will bring together 1,500 gastronomic firms, with more than 37,000 products and 1,300 novelties.
