Where Flavors are Born

This is an initiative of the Association of Agri-Food Producers of the Province of Cuenca that under the distinctive Donde Nacen los Sabores, seek to position at the forefront of quality food and beverages that distinguish the province of Cuenca, while generating employment and wealth in the territory.

This was made clear this Wednesday during the presentation of the project that took place at the Parador de Cuenca, whose launch was attended by the regional vice president, José Luis Martínez Guijarro, the president of the Provincial Council, Álvaro Martínez Chana, the president of the Association of Agri-Food Producers, Diego Álvarez and the CEOE-CEPYME, David Peña.

The companies that participated in this event were: Aceites el Barrancón, Altolandon, Artesanas, Bealar, Aceites FDH, Cárnicas Araceli, Vinos Altomira, Chocolates Abadía de Jábaga, Sat Herlo, Cuenca, Dawat, Confitería Marisol, Casa Eladio, Mont Reaga, Olivares Altomira and Quesos Villarejo.

As for the chefs, the assembly was attended by eighty renowned cooks from all over Castilla-La Mancha.
