Grand Selection Award 2011
The Gran Selección 2011 Azafrán de la Mancha Award was presented to the "La Rosera" brand of the company Bealar SL, from Motilla de Palancar (Cuenca).
On Wednesday 4th May, the Gran Teatro de Villarrobledo hosted the presentation of the awards given by the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla la Mancha in recognition of the "excellence" of 26 agri-food products from our region, the event was presided over by Mr. José María Barreda, who presented the awards to the winners. José María Barreda, who presented the awards recognising the best wines, whites and reds, Manchego cheeses, olive oils, honeys and saffron, Serrano ham and Almagro aubergine, with the aim of "rewarding and recognising the best products produced this year in Castilla-La Mancha".
